  • the therapist determines that services are clinically appropriate;
  • informed consent has been obtained;
  • applicable service agreements have been accepted; and
  • psychotherapy services have commenced.

Heart & Mind Therapy reserves the right to decline or refer inquiries when services are not clinically appropriate or fall outside our therapists’ areas of competence.

Any therapist-matching tools, questionnaires, educational resources, screening tools, or similar website features are provided solely to assist visitors in exploring potential services.

These tools are informational only and do not constitute clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or guarantees regarding therapist suitability, treatment outcomes, or availability.

Final therapist recommendations are based upon professional clinical judgment, therapist availability, and client needs.
