Take a Breath
Inhale 4 seconds, exhale 6–8. Longer exhale = more safety signal.
Observe
Notice sensations & thoughts. Ask: “Pain— or fear of pain?”
Proceed Mindfully
Move gently. Adjust pace, pressure, or communicate with your practitioner.
